Cancellation Policy
Your salon service is reserved specially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the salon scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than a 48 hour notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 100% the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their scheduled service without any notification will be charged the full price of their scheduled service. Clients who are 15 minutes late or more to their scheduled appointment time will be charged for the as a no show. Please recognize that the my time is valuable and I have implemented these policies for that reason. When you miss an appointment with me, I not only lose your business but also the potential business of a client who could have scheduled their appointment for the same time. When scheduling your appointment you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee your reservation so please be ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or a no show.
